Mr. Mohamed Kugba Massaquoi

Mr. Mohamed Kugba Massaquoi serves as the Vice President of Information Technology at PATHS University, where he provides executive leadership for the University’s technology strategy, digital transformation, cybersecurity, enterprise systems, and information technology infrastructure.

A highly accomplished information technology professional, website developer, database analyst, and technology entrepreneur, he brings extensive experience in designing, implementing, and managing innovative digital solutions for higher education institutions, government agencies, nonprofit organizations, and private enterprises.

In addition to his role at PATHS University, Mr. Massaquoi serves as the Chief Technology and Innovation Officer for the Bo District Students Alliance and is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of KugbaHost.

Mr. Massaquoi earned a Bachelor of Science with Honours in Information Technology from the Institute of Public Administration and Management, University of Sierra Leone, and a diploma in Web Design and Administration from BlueCrest College. He is committed to leveraging emerging technologies, cybersecurity best practices, and digital innovation to enhance teaching, learning, research, and administrative excellence.
