Ms. Mechelle Belvin

Ms. Mechelle Belvin serves as the Chief of Staff to the Vice President and Provost for Academic Affairs, University Registrar, and Executive Director of Student Enrollment, Personnel, and Administration at PATHS University.

In these executive leadership roles, she provides strategic direction for academic operations, enrollment management, student records and registration, personnel administration, institutional planning, and executive support. Working collaboratively with university leadership, faculty, and staff, she advances initiatives that strengthen operational effectiveness, enhance student services, and support the University's mission of academic excellence, innovation, and student success.

With more than 22 years of experience in K–12 and higher education, Ms. Belvin is a distinguished higher education administrator with expertise in executive leadership, project management, human resources administration, enrollment management, educational procurement, curriculum development, budgeting, and professional development.
