YEAR 1 – FOUNDATIONAL STUDIES: An in-depth study of major counseling and psychotherapy theories, including psychodynamic, humanistic, cognitive-behavioral, systemic, and integrative approaches. Students examine personality development, theoretical assumptions, and applications across diverse populations. Case conceptualization and theory integration are emphasized. (3-Credits)
