SLO 410 – Leadership Capstone Project
Module Objective
To provide learners with an opportunity to integrate advanced leadership knowledge, research
skills and professional experience into an independent project addressing a significant leadership
or organizational challenge.
Learning Outcomes
Learners will be able to:
• Identify and critically analyse a complex leadership problem.
• Conduct applied leadership research.
• Integrate relevant theories and evidence.
• Develop strategic leadership interventions.
• Evaluate implementation options and risks.
• Produce and defend a postgraduate-level capstone project.

Expected Outcome
